ABOUT

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW (Wisconsin license # 8054-123). I earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Gender Studies from Northwestern University and my master’s degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles.

I have provided psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups since 2006 in a variety of settings including private practice, non-profit agencies, and hospitals. I use an attachment, relationship-based approach in supporting clients. I also incorporate mindfulness-based stress reduction practices.

In 2014, I completed a fellowship in infant, early childhood, and family mental health at UW-Madison. Additionally, I have taught mindfulness throughout the Madison community including the UW Department of Psychiatry and local preschool providers.

I am the mother of three, including twins, and spent two months on bed rest.
